个人介绍

特聘教授,博士生导师,国家级科技创新领军人才、广东省珠江人才计划领军人才,国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家,首届海洋系统优秀科技青年。长期致力于海事安全信息保障和应用海洋学领域科研工作,实现了海上搜救与溢油应急方法研究、技术研发、业务运行全链条研发。主持国家重点研发计划、国家科技支撑项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目等国家级项目10余项,发表论文40余篇,出版中英文专著5部,获国家发明专利10余项,获中国专利优秀奖2项,省部级奖励9项。
